Eva is Beca's resident Lean Six Sigma and business process analyst in Australia. She is passionate about providing solutions that can improve business performance using analysis and sound relationship management. She holds a Masters in Commerce from the University of Innsbruck.
In 2006 Eva left Austria for New Zealand and joined Wellington City Council before working for Telecom New Zealand as a Senior Market Insight Analyst.
In August 2010 she joined Beca's management consulting wing, Beca Applied Technologies (BAT), working on business improvements for internal Beca and external projects. Her experience has shown that Lean Six Sigma is "just as relevant to the service environment as it is to the manufacturing environment."
At Auckland Airport, Eva was part of a team engaged to understand and then improve customer experience and satisfaction for departing and arriving passengers. She implemented a Passenger Measurement System using Bluetooth technology that helped to identify 'bottlenecks' and measure actual processing times.
Since early 2011 Eva has been based in Melbourne, focusing on introducing business improvement process analysis tools to our Australian clients.
