Application Process
To apply for any position at Beca, you will need to apply online via this website - applications received in other ways will unfortunately not be considered.
You will need to complete the electronic application form and submit your CV, academic transcript and covering letter; don’t forget to let us know what your career ambitions are and why you would like to work for Beca! You can apply for more than one position by simply clicking on each position of interest and completing the required details.
When the application period closes, a selection panel will undertake an initial short-listing exercise. We will then notify you of the outcome of your application. Completing the application form fully is important – the selection panel does consider your answers when assessing who is invited for an interview. We suggest you set aside about 20 minutes to submit your application.
First interviews will then be held and some offers may be extended after the first interview stage. There may also be instances where you are invited to attend a second interview or to visit the office and meet your potential manager and team.
As we receive a high number of quality applications each year, we have to conduct the first interviews over a 2 to 3 week period. Please be assured that we will be in contact with you as soon as possible following your first interview.
