Our Health and Safety Commitment reinforces the commitment and responsibility for all of us to consider our personal safety and to promote safe work practices wherever we may be.
A suite of Health and Safety Work Instructions guides our employees in a variety of situations, covering a range of possible hazards they and their colleagues may encounter. We have an effective system in place to measure and monitor our Health and Safety performance as we strive for continuous improvement in this area. However, no system or monitoring procedure can substitute for safety ‘mindfulness’ as part of our culture.
Training and employing skilled staff is an important factor in preventing harm to our employees and others. At Beca, we provide access to appropriate training and professional development for people at all levels of the company so they have the skills, knowledge and competence to fulfil their roles with a focus on Health and Safety.
