In many cases the biggest hurdle to a new development is gaining agreement around traffic access. Beca works with our clients to identify and analyse the range of traffic solutions available. We work closely with consenting authorities to find suitable options that will be acceptable to them. This cooperative approach has led to consent agreements for large scale developments on highly congested networks.
Traffic issues are often inter-related with other aspects of development and our traffic master-planning services include aspects of our architectural, planning and urban design disciplines. We are regularly integrating our traffic services with those from civil design, project management and costing.
